Job Duties & Requirements
1. Ability to apply knowledge of common finance principles and resolve customers’ issues.
2. Proficiency in the use of MSOffice Suite especially MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
3. Experience in using a CRM software is compulsory.
4. Experience in providing online support for digital products.
5. Good knowledge of customer care processes and techniques.

Salary - N78,000 - 85,000 + Benefits(Pension, 13th Month, Leave allowance & HMO)
