I am writing you this letter in order for you to give your staffs Sense of belonging in your business.

Stop acting like it is your business alone that you can handle it alone.
Why employing them at the first place if only you can do everything alone?

Stop doing as if you are doing them favour by employing them, you are paying for the services they're rendering to your company.

Don't forget division of labour facilitates the growth of Businesses.

The way you treat your staffs will be the way the staffs will treat your business and customers, although some staffs might have evil agenda even though you have treated them the right way.

It is a universal law that truth and kindness will always triumph over lies and wickedness.

I know you are always busy , but At your leisure time talk to your staffs asked about their families, how to improve their livelihood, seek their opinions on how to improve the company.

Don't stop there Know their likes and things they don't like.

Be tolerant and gender sensitive.

They too can be your business partner in the nearest future.

It is not necessarily you are into same Business but they can be supplying raw materials to your company.

Until we meet again to be human is beautiful being rigid and strict is boring.
