I have worked in an organisation for 15yrs and every year we sign to an oath of secrecy not to divulge official communications.

It amazes me how civil servants leak sensitive official information to the public.

Nigerians you see your lives? Nigerian youths, if -during the next election - you vote anyone on the platform of the existing political parties, your life is eternally screwed. You’re doomed, forever.

This is a welcome development, a staff must not reveal the secret of their organization no matter what. The people that are working in the state house must all be trust worthy, it's a place where confidentiality is strictly adhered to, they should understand that there is no compromise even at a gun point
Is buhari trustworthy?

An so what? It's practice all over the world and not a new thing.
You can't have mouth diarrhea working in the presidency. Even at retirement there are some organisations one is expected not to say anything out about what he/she saw in his working years there.

The administration has now turned into a secret cult.
Whatever they are hiding will not be hidden for long... that's why there's something called karma.

Many things from developed countries should be emulated. The UK and US have top secret status for sensitive documents.

List of British intelligence agencies

https://www.comparitech.com/blog/vpn-privacy/uk-government-mass-surveillance/

The UK government operates one of the largest surveillance and data collection plans in the world. The three main agencies are MI5, MI6 and GCHQ. However, the full list is made up of the following intelligence agencies:

Security Service (MI5)
Office for Security and Counter-Terrorism (OSCT)
National Domestic Extremism and Disorder Intelligence Unit (NDEDIU)
National Crime Agency (NCA)
National Ballistics Intelligence Service (NBIS)
National Fraud Intelligence Bureau (NFIB)
Secret Intelligence Service (SIS/MI6)
Defence Intelligence (DI)
Government Communications Headquarters (GCHQ)
Joint Intelligence Organisation (JIO)
These agencies may be responsible for domestic or foreign intelligence, military intelligence or for espionage or counter-espionage.
