So, what really is job satisfaction?

According to Wikipedia, Job satisfaction or employee satisfaction is a measure of workers' contentedness with their job. Whether they like the job or individual aspects or facets of jobs, such as nature of work or supervision.

Job satisfaction can be measured in cognitive (evaluative), affective (or emotional), and behavioural components.

As an accountant, your current position or job is not what you really want. Ironically, you can't leave the job because you are not yet qualified. You are really stuck with it until you qualify. You are accepting all the inconvenience because you don't have an option.

Your income is not really increasing to march your recurrent expenses which inflation has made double.

Also, whenever another Professional Accountant is employed, you train them on the job and sooner or later, you report to them.

It is as if your placenta is tied to the company not knowing that there are offers outside the company. But you cannot seize the opportunities because you have not yet qualified.

The most painful of all is that in spite of all your commitments, you can be laid off at any moment and to now get another job that can pay above average will now become a herculean task.

Is this a risk you are willing to take?

Or

Would you want to leave all the excuses and get started with your studies immediately whether it is convenient for you or not? The choice is Yours to make.
