As an accountant you will be responsible for preparing accounts, budgeting and managing financial information.
Your core responsibilities will be to prepare and examine financial records, assuring information is up to date and accurate.

Duties and Responsibilities:

-Preparing accounts and tax returns.
-Monitoring spending and budgets.
-Auditing and analysing financial performance
Financial forecasting and risk analysis.
-Advising on how to reduce costs and increase profits.
-Compiling and presenting financial and budget reports.
-Ensure that financial statements and records Compound with laws and regulations
Keeping account books and systems up to date.

Qualification:
BSc Banking and Finance
Minimum 3 Years Work Experience in a similar role.

2. MARKETING EXECUTIVE:

As a marketing executive, you'll contribute to and develop integrated marketing campaigns to promote our products and services.

Duties and Responsibilities:

-Create awareness of and develop the Stainerz brand and her products/services.
-Communicate with target audiences and build and develop customer relationships.
-Help with marketing plans, advertising, direct marketing and campaigns.
-Source advertising opportunities and place adverts in the press, on the radio and online.
-Work closely with in-house or external creative agencies to design marketing materials such as banners, brochures and adverts
-Write and proofread marketing copy for both online and print campaigns.

QUALIFICATION:
BSc in Marketing with minimum 3 years of work experience.

3. ESTATE MANAGER

You will work directly with the property owners to plan and execute the overall management of properties.

Duties and Responsibilities:

-Handle and execute day-to-day operations of commercial properties.
-Interact and ensure smooth relationships between tenants and owners.
-- Screening and management of tenants in rental properties.
-Prepare financial budgets, reports, and statements relating to the real estate business.
-Initiate and implement methodologies in managing properties.
-Implement best practices, procedures, and standards in real estate operations
-Collect Rents.

BSc in Estate Management.
