With a compact and reasonable structure, this vegetable chopper machine is very popular among many food processing firms. For meeting different requirements about the working capacities, this vegetable cutter mainly can be two types for choosing: the TZ-865 type and the TZ-312 type.

TZ-865 type vegetable cutter details
The industrial vegetable cutting machine is mainly composed of the cutter plate, switch buttons(with red and green color), stainless shell, inner motor, two inlets( with different diameters), outlet, the cutter plates, cutter plate placing box , magnetic touch switch( automatic power failure protection device)and so on. When we use this automatic fruit cutting machine, we should turn on the green button for connecting the power and let the machine keep running. Then we can put the fruits and vegetables into the inlet for chopping.

The two types are suitable for different materials, the smaller one is used for cutting the long and thin materials like cucumbers and carrots, and the bigger one is suitable for cutting the bulbous materials like potato and radish. The inner cutter plate can be changed easily for making slices or cubes with different sizes.

For making vegetable cubes, the diameter can be 6mm, 8mm, 10mm, 12mm, 15mm, 20mm, and 25mm. As for making vegetable strips, the thickness can be 2mm, 3mm, 4mm, 5mm, 6mm, 8mm and 10mm. And for making vegetable or fruit slices, the adjustable thickness is from 1mm to 10mm. It’s working capacity ranges from 300kg/h to 1000kg/h.

TZ-312 type vegetable chopper details
This electric vegetable slicer equipment is very efficient for making vegetable and fruit cubes or slices on a large scale. It has an outstanding feature of two cutting systems comparing with the former type. Based on the structure of the TZ-865 type, this industrial fruit chopping machine has another cutting system which is especially for making leafy vegetable chops quickly. Because of the two cutting systems, this machine has two inner motors for providing driving power.

This electric vegetable slicer can also make the cubes, strips, and slices. For the vegetable chopping, the specification ranges from 1mm to 60mm. And for making fruit and vegetable cubes, the size can be 8mm, 10mm, 12mm, 15mm, and 20mm. As for making vegetable strips and slices, the specification is the same as the former type. It has a bigger processing yield which ranges from 600kg/h to 1000kg/h.
