Guys I need advice on this. I earn 105k per month, govt job. Transport fare is 100. Can I get accomodation of 200k per annum |

If you can live on 70k per month then 35k savings per month will enable you to afford such. That would give you 420k savings per annum so 200k should not be stressful to remit for your rent. However, depending on your location, I would advice you go for apartments that range from150k-180k per annum. That way you can divert the remaining part of the savings to other projects like getting a land or starting a side biz. That's what I would do sha. |
