King David University of Medical Sciences (KDUMS) Post UTME Eligibility

Candidates who choose KDUMS in JAMB and
Candidates who choose other Universities. Candidates under category (ii.) are required to apply for a change of Institution through JAMB Portal to be eligible for screening and admission into KDUMS.
Candidates awaiting SSCE result or its equivalent are also eligible to apply for admission provided the result (s) will be uploaded on KDUMS Portal one week prior to the date of screening.

King David University of Medical Sciences (KDUMS) Admission Requirements

Applicants are required to have sat for the 2021 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME).
For all admissions into 100 Level, applicants must possess five (5) credits passed at SSCE in relevant subjects (ie., Physics, Chemistry, Biology, English Language and Mathematics), at not more than two (2) sittings and must have scored 170 or above in the 2021/2022 UTME in relevant subjects.

Delta State Schools of Nursing Admission Form for Basic Nursing Programme 2021/2022 Academic Session

The Delta State Ministry of Health Department of Nursing and Midwifery is currently selling application forms for admission into its School of Nursing, Warri, School of Nursing, Eku and School of Nursing, Agbor, BASIC NURSING PROGRAMME for the 2021/2022 academic session.

Applications are therefore invited from suitably eligible candidates for admission into the 3 years Basic Nursing Programme for the award of Registered Nurse (R.N) Certificate in the following Schools of Nursing in Delta State:

*State School of Nursing, Warri;
*State School of Nursing, Eku;
*State School of Nursing, Agbor.

Admission Requirements for Delta State Schools of Nursing

i. Candidates must possess five Credits at SSCE/WASC/NECO in not more than two sittings, which must including English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Physics and Chemistry.
ii. Applicants must be within the age range of 17-25 years.

Payment of A NON-REFUNDABLE Entrance Examination fee of N10,000.00 (Ten Thousand Naira) only, should be made into Ministry of Health Department of Nursing and Midwifery Account at Zenith Bank PLC Account Number: 1015649624.

Forms can be obtained in all schools in Nursing and Midwifery Delta State. 2 Passport Photograph (Coloured with White Background) must be routed through the PRINCIPAL OF THE SCHOOL OF APPLICANT’S CHOICE.
