Look at the evidence at the bottom on the list Oduduwa/Ikenne is 025 but when they brought the envelope that came with the ballot box they put Oduduwa/Ikenne 017. So because they brought 017 that is why people could not see their names on the register. This particular polling boot has a lot of ibo registered voters.
