Am so sad, these Yankees think we are all fools down here.
Assuming but conceding that the info available in public circle is true how is the American state affected by Abba Kyari's action?

A Nigerian citizen made a report to a Nigerian Cop that his family in Nigeria is receiving death threats from a Nigerian citizen. The Nigerian cop acted immediately and arrested the person issuing the threats. (As lawyers, we are trained to think, so what happens if the cop neglects to act and the threat is carried out?)

One wonders how the American state is getting involved even if the Nigerian cop was "mobilized" by the Nigerian complainant.

Abba Kyari is not involved in investigating Hushpuppy, so one wonders how he would have know that the money Hushpuppy gave him is made from an illegal dealing with anyone even if the person is American

What makes America think they can stretch their exaggerated role of policing the world to policing citizens of other states. Our style may not be the same with their's so it is not possible. It is not of strange for Nigerians to mobilize police to carry out arrest when it is necessary. (Though this may be improper but it is not the concern of the American state to warrant one Magistrate with over-blotted ego to issue warrant of arrest against citizen of another state)

Save the trash, I stand with Abba Kyari until a crime is established and even so he is not to be handed over to those Yankees except if his crime is such that requires extradition.
