People change jobs when they have good reasons to. You don't ask someone to leave their job and work elsewhere just to prove a point, it has to be completely up to them considering how convenient it is for them.

Messi has not had a good reason to leave the club. If he did, he would have left there long ago. He's obviously happy there, so you people can't dictate for him. Messi is a really good footballer, he doesn't need to go to another club to prove that. He is Lionel Messi, not Cristiano ronaldo.
