EFCC has debunked rumor when Former DCP Abba kyari head of Police IRT close Associate Ismaila Mustapha popularly know as Mompha that he was given advice of maintaining a low profile on all his social media accounts in the wake of Abba kyari fraud case involving $1.1m with Hushpuppi after a US court indictment saying "EFCC Don't Give Crime Suspect Advice"

The Commission through the Spokesperson has come out that the commission doesn't give advice to suspect who are on the watchlist of EFCC.  The commission said any officer involved in such Act should be discountenanced.

The head of commission media said they don't have any deal with advising person or (persons) involving fraud case as EFCC don't give Crime Suspect Advice and does not give counselling to criminals who has been charged in court.

The commission has charge Mompha on 22 count charge involving his establishment Ismalob Global investment as they are currently being persecuted for proceeding with activities which are unlawful, Provision of the Investment limited to make available transactions of all activities of the company and other fraud related activities by Ismalob Global investment limited.

EFCC has provide witnesses to testify in the court but rather than seeking for defense, Ismaila Mustapha popularly know as Mompha has file a no-case which the court overrule.

Eminently satisfying to see the rot embedded within the dirty confines of Fulani Muslims led agencies.

From the DSS to even as lowly as Fire Service. Nothing is functional.

They are cess pits of stealing, intimidating civilians and low productivity.

Fulanis have led this dear Country Nigeria to irrelevance in the world stage.
