Earnestly, IPPIS brought a lot of damages to the university system. Lecturers overworking themselves and earning peanut. Now the medical doctors in academia have succeeded in migrating to CONMESS from the poor paying CONNUSS, what will be the faith of allied health lecturers such as Medical Laboratory Scientist, Radiographers, Nurses etc in college of medicine? These lecturers don't rest as they teach both in the university and teaching hospitals; do non clinical call duties only for IPPIS to remove their allowances.
