Chelsea are reportedly planning to return with a new bid worth €130m for Romelu Lukaku after their initial offer was turned down by Inter Milan.

Inter Milan, who Lukaku had sign with them until 2024, rejected Chelsea’s initial bid of €100 million. The Blues were also willing to include defender Marcos Alonso in the deal but that was not good enough to convince the San Siro club.

What I wanna hear now are successful deals. Enough of the noise

Romelu Lukaku deal will immediately turn Chelsea into title favorites.
Last season, Chelsea created lots of chances(if not the highest) but with very poor conversion rate.

It even gives Chelsea the opportunity to play a more assuring 3421 formation.. ensuring that Werner(like in his former club) plays a bit closer to lukaku while the other(havertz or mount) also play closer; but the difference is that either of them would have to roam around and even to the wings more often making it difficult for opponents to mark Werner and lukaku at same time.

Which ever formation Chelsea uses, lukaku's presence could make Timo deadlier in front of goal.
