*Ndi Anambra, numerous fans of Soludo and APGA faithfuls should ignore the foolish attempt by the media managers of APGA Judas iscariot to pre empt the judgement of the Kano Court of Appeal judges.*

APGA Judas iscariot and his moronic followers have been blindfolded with the spoiler role they are playing against APGA to the extent of using their own hands to give judgement in a case they are interested parties.

They must be told in plain language that they cannot be a judge in their own case.

Am confident that the Kano Court of Appeal judges will do justice to the APGA case that is before them.

I say it with every boldness and without fear of contradiction that the bizarre Jigawa judgement will not survive at the Court of Appeal.

With what the moronic followers of APGA Judas iscariot in the person of Chukwuma Umeoji are circulating both in print and social media, it's now obvious that they are depending on technicalities to win at the Kano Court of Appeal and not on merit.

My investigation revealed that what they were circulating in print and social media was exactly the argument made by their Lawyer at the Court of Appeal Kano division and what it means is that their Lawyer authored the piece and gave to them.

The technical argument of their Lawyer cannot override the point of Law argument of Victor Oye Lawyers.

We have passed the stage they want to take us back to.

The Court of Appeal granted us the leave to Appeal the bizarre Jigawa High Court judgement and we did exactly that.

Our case has been heard and the Court adjourned for judgement on a date that will later be communicated to both parties.

We keep our fingers crossed with the belief that the eminent Court of Appeal judges will do justice to the matter before them.

What Judas iscariot and his moronic followers did after the hearing of the case at the Court of Appeal Kano division is sub judice in Law.

It's tantamount to pre empting the yet to be delivered judgement of the Court of Appeal judges.

Ozonkpu Victor Oye led APGA are law abiding and will not do anything that is sub judice.

We are hopeful that as soon as judgement is delivered that justice will not only be done on the matter at the Court of Appeal Kano division but that justice will also be seen to have been done by every lover of what is right.

Be rest assured that Soludo and Ozonkpu Victor ike Oye, the indefatigable national Chairman of APGA, will triumph at last because there case has merit.

I will not fail to clarify that Sine Die means yet to be announced date.

Another thing I will add is that the Court of Appeal judges know what they are doing when they granted Victor Oye led APGA application for accelerated hearing.

They will definitely give judgement on this case very soon and when that happens, APGA Judas iscariot and his moronic followers that are the Egyptian we see today tormenting our party, we shall see them no more.

Am 100percent confident that victory is assured for Soludo because his 2021 governorship ambition is a divine project.

Remember that to be misinformed is to be deformed hence the reason why you must not allow yourself to be deceived and misled with the misinformation emanating from the drowning camp of APGA Judas iscariot.
