We are building a 4bedroom duplex on a half plot which must have parking space and spacious master bedroom reason my client is rebuilding another home beside previous one without no parking space at all.

The plot is a full one having a corner piece edge , the client request i should pick my preferable half for the project ,

I settled for corner piece edge , we were face with which side to face one side is on a close road and the other on main access parking consideration and the likes we allowed a TPL , Surv, and The Arch settle this professionally among themselves (work colleagues ) I usually borrow decision and I enjoy them fighting for professional superiority in decision making..

Labour charges is fair here and ready to work .they tried all possible best to continue working despite the rain..

Iron Bender: My client owns the iron bender on site and he start complaining my stirrup spacing is too small, I should make use of 300 mm ..

Water level here is something else whenever they open the dam , so many beautiful duplex will be unhabitable during this period as well level rises above most Windows here, this area is low while some part are even more lower
