How to insert the smart card 1. Put the smart card into your decoder in arrow direction with the chip face down. 2. Do not take out the smart card while your decoder is powered on. 3. Keep the smart card properly and away from any electromagnetic object. 4. The smart card can only work with particular decoder. Do not transfer it to others, and do not insert it into any other decoder. 5. In case of lost or damage, please contact StarTimes office or StarTimes sales agent to purchase a new one. 6. The StarTimes Smart card works with only StarTimes products, decoders and Digital TVs.
