There has been a huge public outcry regarding the benefits of such an immoral show for our youths. One thing that is clear is that Nigeria is not a secular state and as such, pervasive moral decadence will never fly. This is a country where Morality and Religion are interwoven in governance, hence the welcome development to scrap the show for good. This is a timely intervention for the youths as well because this move will have the highest positive impact on that age group. Best regards F.E.O Cc Seun |

I really don't understand how a reality show that is aired once every year in a privately owned foreign station will become a tool that hinders our morality in this almost rotten country! The show is rated 18 and one is at liberty to choose to watch or block the station...there are options! I would like to ask the OP what parameters were used to conclude that the reality show should be cancelled.... Hope the OP knows that the show is not aired on national TV stations....I also hope the FG realises that cancellation of BBN will put them in an endless legal tussle with the organisers, main sponsors and the Lagos state government that rely on the humongous funds from the reality show as IGR for the state! By the time the FG has been stripped of all the limited funds at their disposal due to their ineptitude and lack of foresight, then they will realise that there are people in this country that you don't mess around with!
