Show me his acquittal since his arrest warrant was issued. It would have been carried by Vanguard,Punch,Saharareporters etc.

He still has an outstanding warrant. Court records are publicly available in United States and I didn't see any acquittal under any Onyema for $20 million dollar fraud for forged documents and money laundering.

You don't just walk into a police station and clear your name to charges brought by the FBI. You have to clear your name before a judge.
