Please professional and expert here, can you please give clarification on this, I operate an e-commerce store in Nigeria here over the time it been within Nigeria for all my transactions, but now am planning to reachout to international buyers since am already operating with paystack gate wasy payment system in my website but the issue is that my web programmer is advicing against that suggesting I implement a paypal account which will be rigorous process for me at time.
My simple question is can I receive payment with my payback account from any place in the world in US dollar.

Sure. You need to set it up and you need a gtbank or zenith bank account, a cac certificate etc.
