Canada Reopens Borders To Vaccinated US Citizens Canada will lift travel restrictions for fully vaccinated US citizens and permanent residents from Monday. They will, however, still need to test negative for COVID-19 within three days of their arrival and also need to submit details on an app developed by the Canadian government.
