You know a players strong/weak foot when he's about to dribble or move with the ball. Or should I say when he's carrying the ball not when he's about to shoot a static or a moving ball.

Santi is right footed whose left foot is very strong enabling him to take static balls like FK, PK and corners.

Dembele is naturally left footed with a very strong right foot. Dembele plays better on the right because of this reason. Watch him when he's dribbling then you'll notice he's left footed.

People say he's ambidextrous but I think he's more leftfooted with a very strong right foot based on what I've seen.

It may come naturally as a gift. It may also be as a result of intense practice. The degree of ambidexterity varies... Cazorla is still the only player I can say doesn't have a weaker foot.

You may be right about Santi though. I know of two(2) players who used both feet effectively; Maldini and Nedved. I may have to add Santi too because his left foot is extremely good.
