What Twitter need to do is create a VPN service and offer it as a free service in those countries where they've been banned. They don't have to name the VPN twitter, they can call it anything they want but it should be free. There're companies doing similar thing but different product and you'll never know there're related. That's what I'll do instead if I owned that company.
