Oga, from what we saw on the video it is the driver who is the aggressor. If my right is trampled on I won't resort to violence, it just excercerbate the issue.

Again, some argues that others could set up refineries. But then, setting up a refinery is very capital intensive and with how big the Dangote refinery is and with so much cash at his disposal, how easy would it be for a new refinery to compete with him?

Oga go and source for the capital in wall Street or the city and set up your own refinery or otherwise sharrap, this Man single handedly reduced Nigeria dependency on imported refined products thus increasing the strength of the naira against the dollar.

This refinery was built on subsidized dollars from Nigerian CBN. This dollars were subsidized by all Nigerians. It was built at 350 naira to a dollar.

Now that 1 dollar is 1500naira. Nobody can build a refinery of that size in Nigeria. And no foreign investor will come to Nigeria and build a refinery. Because you cannot compete with one built at a cheaper 350 naira to 1 dollar.( By doing this he has established a monopoly)

Now this new puppet NMDPRA CEO will dance to Dangote's tune and petrol supply will be monopolized by him.

In a country like China, if Government gives you subsidized dollars and import waivers a portion of that refinery say 30-40% will be nationalized. It will be owned by the people. Because Nigerians revenue was used to subsidize the dollars.

Dangote built the refinery at 350 Naira to 1 dollar but will now sell petrol at 1500naira to 1 dollar......Do you see the scam ?

What kind of business man only thrives on government subsidies, government concessions,import waivers and monopoly of the market ?

Dangote's next step is to force the other refineries out of business, by manipulating the price. After that he will make sure no new refineries are built. Voila.....100% Monopoly

I concur here, make sure you have money or you are financially comfortable at old age, my definition of financial comfortability here is 1 million naira dropping into your account every month without working. it enables you to move around and socialize, people will come around you like flies, Men will come for drinks and gisting while women will come for the usual, which we all know. I remember my father been in his 70s and he never complained of loneliness. He was financially comfortable and had two wives to his beck and call. Nigerian women don't request for much, give them free accommodation and at least two meals a day and you are good to go.

....You are right, the onus is on the bank to verify the authenticity of the documents being used by the wife as collateral and also ensure that property is not jointly owned or co-owned. Any graduate lawyer can take this case up.
