A globally recognized University, Crown University Int'l Chartered Inc has partnered with Kaduna State University, Kaduna, Nigeria for academic excellence.


The signing of the
memorandum of understanding between Crown University Intl. Chartered Inc. Santa Cruz, Argentina with Partners constituent campuses and associates worldwide and Kaduna State University, Kaduna, Kaduna State, Nigeria will in no small measure improve and empower both institutions and her students.


The partnership which was officially sealed on the 4th of August, 2021 is said to be for Credit Transfer, Reciprocal Arrangement, International conferences, seminars, workshops, training, and research at all levels of studies.



The Vice-Chancellor, Crown University Intl. Chartered Inc. UNESCO Laureate, Prof. Sir Bashiru Aremu while relating this to journalists said the objective of the partnership is to articulate the conditions for the partnership pointing out that it shall apply to all activities arranged and carried out by common agreement between the Crown University Intl. Chartered Inc. and Kaduna State University, Kaduna, Kaduna State, Nigeria for the mutual benefit of both parties.

In his words, "the partnership shall include training for capacity building in identified areas of special need such as Humanities, Arts, Technologies, Engineering, Medicine and Health Sciences, Pure and Natural Sciences, Social Sciences and Management Sciences and other related courses as well.


"There shall be reciprocal/dual certifications and top-up degree arrangements between Kaduna State University, Kaduna, Kaduna State, Nigeria on undergraduate and graduate programs on a credit transfer-based criterion established by Kaduna State University, Kaduna, Kaduna State, Nigeria

"The exchange of staff and students for training and research or for another assignment as the case may be; The joint organization of research projects, seminars, workshop, international conference, and colloquia and other training sessions likely to strengthen both Universities.

"Students from Crown University Intl. Chartered Inc. must meet all other admission and transfer criteria documented in the then-current Kaduna State University, Kaduna, Kaduna State, Nigeria catalog.

"Developing mutual consultancy and support activities for the advancement of teaching and research; The use of laboratories, classroom space, and other research facilities.

" All Crown University Intl Chartered Inc. students who are studying in the areas of Humanities, Arts, Technologies, Engineering, Medicine and Health Sciences, Pure and Natural Sciences, Social Sciences and Management Sciences and other related courses as well complete their programs at Kaduna State University, Kaduna, Kaduna State, Nigeria, shall receive a degree as a dual degree or top-up degrees based on the articulation agreement established between both parties. Development of curriculum, manuals, and other documents for; improving and streamlining procedures and practices and the same thing applied to Kaduna State University, Kaduna, Kaduna State, Nigeria depends on available courses and the choice of the students of the parties.

"Establishing further forms of cooperation in all fields of studies for mutual interest.



" The two Universities shall therefore undertake to Pursue regular exchange of their respective practices and methods in training and research and other fields common interest; intensify discussion between their staffs to look for solutions to the problems of either or both parties; Deploy all necessary efforts to ensure funding of activities from this partnership.





"Financial resources and materials shall be provided by both parties to look for solutions to its problems or to train its staffs. The two parties agree to organize annual consultative meetings using appropriate technology to aim at appraising the implementation of this partnership, monitoring activities being carries out, and at planning future activities in accordance with the Memorandum of Understanding that endorsed by UNESCO Laureate Prof Sir Bashiru Aremu the Vice Chancellor Crown University Int'l Chartered Inc and Prof Muhammad Tanko the Vice-Chancellor, Kaduna State University


"Extraordinary meetings may be convened at the initiative of one of the parties to treat issues that need urgent solutions.



"Crown University Intl Chartered Inc. shall pay any tuition charged by Kaduna State University, Kaduna, Kaduna State, Nigeria per student for all applicable Degrees. Transfer students must submit their Transcripts from former Institutions to Kaduna State University, Kaduna, Kaduna State, Nigeria


"At the request of one of the parties, the terms of this partnership may be amended during an extraordinary meeting duly convened for this purpose.


"Any misunderstanding resulting from the implementation or interpretation of this partnership shall be resolved amicably and through consultation in the best interest of both parties.


"The suspension or termination of this partnership shall be done on the initiative of one of the parties, subject to, at last, prior notice of six months. However, the parties hereby undertake to complete any ongoing activity at the time of the said termination within a stipulated deadline.

"Conclude the present Cooperation Agreement with the purpose of cooperation establishment in the field of education and science, regulation of academic collaboration, joint research, and exchange programs.







"Academic exchange of research and teaching staff with the aim of training, conducting lectures, fulfillment of joint academic activities.

"Organization of joint conferences and seminars on agreed subjects, exchange of scientific information, providing an opportunity for Universities staff to publish scientific articles as well as the results of joint scientific and research activities in specialized editions and scientific publications of Universities.

" Joint participation in international academic programs, fulfillment of joint research projects in frames of international grants.

"Development of exchange programs for students and post-graduates with the purpose of training, research, language, and industrial practice.


"For each program of cooperation parties conclude additional agreement that defines responsible staff members, terms, financial resources and other conditions of their accomplishment", he added.
