QUERY LETTER ISSUED BY NANNM, BOWEN OGBOMOSO CHAPTER DUE TO THE FAILURE OF A REGISTERED NURSE NOT COLLECTING A SENIOR COLLEAGUE HANDBAG ON SIGHT : A BIG SHAME. This incidence happened on the 5th of August, 2021 when a registered Nurse with the name indicated on the query letter for not collecting her senior colleague bag on sight. They were about 3-4 Nurses at the scene but this aforementioned nurse in particular was the only one issued a query letter. Please kindly ignore the constructed grammar in the letter, the nurse was issued a query because she didn't collect her senior colleague bag on sight. The query has been responded to as demanded in the letter, she was told to come for feedback during her night off.
