That "madness" as you call it, is the reason why they were able to colonize a quarter of the world. There is nothing more dangerous than a determined white man (especially English men). I didn't live in London. I stayed in Huddersfield and Leeds. That's their own Northern states in UK. I only saw 1 beggar on their streets.
