Focus: The Path of Righteousness

WORD FOR TODAY
When God leads a man He leads him on the path of righteousness. A man who follows God as He leads can neither fall into sin nor live in disgrace!!!

"He leads me in the paths of righteousness For His name's sake." (Psalm 23:3b NKJV)

The only path recommended for every child of God to walk if they must avoid sin and please Him is the path of righteousness. The path of righteousness is any path a man is directed to walk, in accordance with God's Word for him at a point in time. You will do the unthinkable when you fail to walk on the path God directed you to walk.

Hence, God in a bid to protect the honour of His name will always lead men on the path of righteousness. You cannot claim that it is God leading you to do evil, betray men and engage in acts of unrighteousness. You must be deliberate in your decision to follow God by walking and working according to His word.

Lord! I receive the grace to walk on the path of righteousness in Jesus name. Amen!!!

The hope that you will be who God wants you to be and make eternity with Him hereafter; is in your decision to walk on the path of righteousness!!!
