I got a new PC, it 2.00gh processor and almost 4gig ram and 230 hard disk, I want to ask maybe if it strong enough for Pes 17.

you didn't mention the processor and graphics type

graphics do the work at least from 1.7gb if you are using 1.5gb downwords you need to lower the resolution
