Hi, thanks for the code, but unfortunately it isn't correct. The PRD (number behind battery) is listed as 14136-007 (not 004 as you mentioned). And the IMEI is 353763012782336.

Hope you can help, is there any other digit you can use? Provider is Vodafone, BB 8820.

You'll need the IMEI and PRD code which can be found underneath the battery compartment of your phone. As for the steps, you might need to read through this tread to get that.
