Insert any other sim other than the default sim and restart the phone. Do this as well:
On your BlackBerry, go to Options > Advanced Options > Sim Card.
At that screen type MEPD on your keyboard. A new menu will pop up.
If your BlackBerry is unlock, you should have network and service provider disable/inactive
