This is what happens when you don't read. The proposed sum asked by his two SANs lawyers on Igboho's behalf is N250,000 and I doubt that can pay a SAN. The mere fact that Malami is asked to pay Igboho is all you need to know that Malami is losing this and even paying for it.

N50,000 is small and won't do anything but this is a psychological win for Igboho and his team.

Well, I commend the Judge for his courage to let them realize that what they have done was very ridiculous and unlawful unlike some fools justifying the killings and damages done based on Igboho’s resist to an arrest. I will keep repeating it, they went to his house to kill him not to arrest, if they had killed him successfully,they would have denied been to his house

the 50k isn't for damages. It is a penalty for procedural neglect or for not responding in time or delaying the court unnecessarily or for not appearing....the case is still on.

That money isn't for judgment of settlement of the case.

It's obvious that ibadan judge have not been more than N50,000 as salary. To him Igboho is worth only N50,000.
