Why are this people adding more pain to the pain of the civil servants. Why can't they do the same to NEPA, DSTV, GOTV and so on. Anything that will put the masses in pain is what comes to their mind.

Not bad but have they also introduced this for the politicians in government. I am sure if this is done, they will do the needful to make Nigeria better.

On a second thought, these politicians won't change even with this as they are corrupt and will even find another way of paying themselves through looting.

You would see a civil servant working and earning millions a year be extorting money in the name of bribe from somebody who just runs a small shop to survive.

If the civil servant has too many bad reviews investigate him, either sack or demote

It's ok but we still need government performance report which will result to resignation or total ban from politics if d performance is below average.

why not practice it in politicians beginning from the Presidency down to the legislators and judiciary.

I. The civil service rules should be amended and reduce the year of service to 20 yrs by that we manage unemployment minimally.The cader should be compressor to attainment of level 17 within 20 years.The Young one can come in work for 20yers and go for another set of young people
