Good day all, I will make it short. I started a digital marketing agency about 5 months. Rented an office of 50k/month, employed a graphics designer, web developer and a freelance digital marketer while I was the sales marketer and also a developer. Since the launching of the agency, I have been running on a loss and hardly get clients and I need advice on how to scale up from professional digital marketing consultants, digital marketers and anyone running or working in a digital marketing firm! Instead of employing while not hire as freelancers? That can easily cut your running cost. Start as a one man business as you are not getting enough jobs yet. Hire services as you need them from freelancers. |
