This morning I read that Rivers State governor Nyesom Ezenwo Wike has signed the Open Grazing Prohibition Bill into law. I remembered that the south east governors promised to come up with such and also the amotekun version in the south east to protect its people by passing it through the various houses of assembly and signing it into law latest by September 2021. Please have anyone seen such development/bill for Open Anti Grazing in their respective states? |
