2, The Federal Inland Revenue Services(FIRS) is now limited to FCT to Collect Vats, Payes, Incomes and Profits Taxes AND SHARE THEM EQUALLY TO THE 36 STATES.

3, THE NASS SHOULD NOW LEGISLATE FOR THE 36 CONSTITUTIONAL STATES TO CONTRIBUTE 10% OF EACH OF THE STATE AUDITED REVENUE RESOURSES TO RUN THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT.
