Job Title: Technical Director (Maintenance & Production)

Location: Asese (Mowe-Ibafo) Along Ibadan Express Way, Ogun

Job Description

Provide strategic leadership and execution of activities alongside effective leadership of teams on site and the production shop floor.
Managing, maintaining, and establishing maintenance procedures for production lines in a food manufacturing environment to ensure production meets or performs better than budget.
Plan and draw up a production schedule
Decide on and order the resources that are required and ensure stock levels remain adequate
Develop associate and supervisor skills by conducting training meetings; one on one development sessions; outside technical skills training; and establishing and monitoring performance reviews for supervisors.
Responsible for maintaining Food Safety and Quality Systems as assigned.
Evaluating machine resources to ensure continued production and minimal downtime
Establishing a balance between increased productivity and reduced costs of manufacturing operations
Collate and analyses data, putting together production reports for both factory managers and customers
Key Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in production or any other related degree
5+ years' experience in a production environment preferably in food, beverage or FMCG manufacturing environment.
Demonstrable experience in problem solving methodologies/tools.
Specific expertise in maintenance, quality, health and safety.
