[color=#9900can some guru in the house help me here?
my 2003 camry has the sharp and quick initial acceleration/movement but begins to drag/sluggish whenever i slow down by stepping on the brakes(not a complete halt) and i also noticed that the gear doesnt change from the 4th to the 5th and there is a great fuel consumption.
what i have done

1. i have had it scanned and P0325 code came up indicating Knock Sensor 1 Circuit Malfunction (Bank I or Single Sensor).i have changed this and the Valve Body which the scanner told me came up also.
with the above already done,the car is still NOT showing any change from its initial problem before the repairs and no fault is showing fron the scan to indicate any fault.
the check engine or ABS lights arent on when the car is running or in motion

pls can someone help me out here as i am really in need of any useful solution.i reside in Delta State.

thanx alot.i actuall live around Okwe which is near Asaba;but will call the man as am on the verge of ghanging the Auto to Manual drive as i seriously doubt if the car can be driven to Warri due to its nature.i am grateful for your input and referal
