There have been topics on nairaland in the last few days saying "Bsc>HND", and at the same time been ramming my head as to how people come to this conclusion Wen Infact both the HND and the Bsc are crap...

Common matches, the universities and their professors can't produce likewise the polytechnics and their Doctors. Nigeria imports almost everything including tomato paste and matches, a certain University in Nigeria was owing PHCN millions of naira (what happened to generating her own electricity, do they not have professors of science ?) when a University in South Korea is paying students to provide feaces for power generation.

Elon musk was able to produce space X by reading a book, Zuckerberg had to drop out of school to build Facebook, But in Nigeria, HND/Bsc is their problem.

It's high time we jettison this BSC>HND hogwash, If we really need to move forward as a people, we really need to look beyond this disparity, and go into innovations.
If you're saying things that's making someone who has potentials feel inferior, how do you want him to have confidence to come forward with a bright idea and creativity

it's really appalling. the truth is, anybody can amount to something irrespective of where he/she studied. there is no point feeling inferior.
