A budget of how much can go With to start up a Point Of Service or Sale (POS) business Here in Nigeria precisely in an urban area that population is much.
What are the requirements and I will like to know a detailed breakdown of the likely costs/expenses.

With 150k as minimum, you’re good to go.

You can get POS 20-40k depending on the type. Then you will get banner, paper, and new sim. The 50k should be able to cover all that expenses.

Then you can have 60k at hand for cash (withdrawal) while the remain 40k will be in your account in case of transfer.
