In your first year with the company, you will shadow our MD as her personal assistant where you will be exposed to all aspects of running a business from sales and marketing to book keeping.

In your secondyear working with the company, you will be promoted to Operations Manager and you will oversee the running of two of our business units, progressing to Business Manager at the end of Year 3.
