please how do I stop my gionee s11 lite from automatically installing apps . My airtime be disappearing.

1. Go to google play store and disable automatic update
2. Go to setting, disable all background download.

Factory reset your phone, and when you get to an option where Gionee tells you that they want to improve your phone decline it. After your phone switches on, they will still ask to send push notifications, decline also.

If you can't format your phone, download no root firewall or Netguard, and block system apps from accessing data. Then disable Gionee Push application.
