A country is classified a country of a particular religion when such country adopts and uses that religion's laws and principles as its main sources of constitution. For example, an Islamic country uses and adopt shariah laws and principles. The basic sources of law in an Islamic State are Quran and Hadith.
Thus, tell me one country amongst your list that have adopted and is using bible or Christian principles of law as her main sources of constitution. That the majority of the citizens prophesied to a particular religion doesn't make the country to be called a country of that religion. In fact, besides the Vatican there is no single Christian country on earth. To even called Israel a Jew State is contestable at times because the country has not out rightly adopted Jew mosaic laws in all it ramification.
Secondly, that a country recognises a particular religion as its official religion does not make that country to be called by that religion. For example, how do you call Nigeria which recognises Christianity, Islam and Traditional religions as official religions in the country? England may say Christianity is the only recognized religion. It will be false to assume then that England is a Christian State. The least I know about England is that no time has any one ever being convicted based on bible or Christian jurisprudence.
