A wealthy man gave his servants some money to trade with while he traveled.

The first one immediately went to the market place to buy and sell in the process making profits likewise the second person.

Some of servants went their way playing and doing all manner of things but didn't trade with the money given to them.

When this wealthy man returned he promoted the ones that went to the market place to use the money to gain more profits while the rest that didn't were demoted and stripped of honour.
