Urgently in need of a HR/Admin Assistant

Location: Gbagada
Job title: HR/Admin Assistant (Fulltime)

Job Responsibilities:
- See to the smooth running of the office
- Maintaining physical and digital personnel records like employment contracts
- Update internal databases with new hire information
- Schedule job interviews and contact candidates as needed
- Organise staff roles and follow up attendance to work.
- Develop training and onboarding material
- Respond to employees’ questions about benefits

Skills:
- Experience using MS Office e.g Speadsheet
- Organizational skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills


Professional requirements:
- Work experience as an HR & Admin Officer, HR Administrative Assistant or similar role
- At least HND relevant field
- Minimum of 2 years work experience
