Here are a few tip that will help you lose weight "effortlessly". Especially around your belly.

Walking after meals, drinking plenty of water and exercising are some of the changes in your lifestyle that shall help you lose weight fast.

Also, simple lifestyle changes like eating home food, and avoiding eating out can help you live healthier and lose weight at the same time.

Now it is possible to lose a lot of weight even in a matter of days. You just need a little bit of commitment, doing the right things.

Having said that, here are some few tips that will you lose weight fast.

Walk after meals: A little 10 minutes walk, say 5 minutes after meal, will not only aid digestion, but will also help in burning calories. Additionally, glucose (sugar) gotten from the digestion of the food will be used for muscular activities almost immediately.


Drink Water Regularly: We can’t talk enough about the importance of water, not just in your weight loss journey, but also in your overall health. Water is very essential for life, and keeping yourself hydrated helps to curb those hunger pangs.

Also, taking water first thing in the morning, helps to speed up your body metabolism.


Cut Down On Sugar: This one is a no brainer. If you must lose fat, then you have to cut down on your sugar intake. Excess sugar in your body, via some metabolic pathways, is stored as fat.

Eat More Fiber: Increase intake of vegetables, salads and soups. Dedicate one meal only to vegetables or sprouts. Cut back on cereals after 7 pm. Snack on nuts, vegetable stew, seeds or fruits.

Do Some Exercise: A minimum of 15–20 minutes workout a day will help you achieve faster results. This doesn’t mean you should do those strenuous exercises or maybe overhaul yourself in the gym.
