The official presentation of flag by President Mohammadu Buhari to the APC Standard bearer in the forthcoming Anambra Guber Election, Senator Andy Ubah at the state House Abuja. Present at the unique and colourful ceremony include: the Chairman of APC Campaign Council for Anambra 2021 Governorship Polls and Executive Governor of Imo State Distinguished Senator Hope Uzodimma, the Chairman of APC Caretaker Committee and Executive Governor of Yobe State Mai Mala Buni and the Secretary to the Government of the Federation SGF Boss Mustapha. Others are the Executive Governor of Kogi State Yahaya Bello, the Hon. Minister for Interior and former Governor of Osun State Rauf Aregbeshola, the Executive Governor of Osun State Gboyega Oyetola and the Executive Governor of Lagos State Babajide Sanwolu. Recall that the Anambra State Gubernatorial Election is slated for November 6th, 2021.

Njokuobinna: There is nothing like so called "executive Governor " that they keep throwing around in Nigeria. It's nauseating to keep hearing or reading it. The title is "Governor " of so so so state and not the rubbish title of "executive Governor ". If there should be an "executive Governor" then we must have non executive Governor written in the constitution somewhere or non executive Governor somewhere serving in Nigeria. Rubbish. |

In the past, the handing over of party flag to an aspirant, especially in Guber election, used to be very colourful and eventful, done at the capital City where the election was bidded to take place.
