President Muhammadu Buhari has declared for a criminal investigation into an approximated six trillion naira given to the Niger Delta Development Commission (NDDC) since 2001, tori4africa gathered. Some time ago, the President had authorized for a whole forensic audit of the activities of the Commission from inception to August 2019 in response to the yearnings of the people of the Niger Delta region to transfer it for the effective service delivery.
