I saw this brave move and life saving act displayed by these guys to save a guy stucked in an heavy village flood and I can't but appreciate their heroic act, especially the guy in Blue shirt and the one in Black...

If not, the flood is so heavy that it's expected to carry away the dude. These are the guys NEMA should train for Emergency Rescue missions o
