Get Motivated: 10 Simple Tips To Follow When You’re Feeling Unmotivated.

When you feel pushed, pulled or pulled in all directions, it’s time to get motivated. Here are ten ways you can pull yourself up when you’re feeling less than inspired.

1. Get to the root cause of your problem.

When you feel yourself getting low, it’s often because you’re stuck in a problem. Use the symptoms to help you figure out the problem and set out to solve it.

2. Take care of yourself.

If you don’t take care of yourself, you’ll fall short of where you want to go. Sometimes, you get low because you’re not taking care of yourself.

Feeling low is a natural part of life. You should take this not as a sign of weakness but as a sign that there’s something you need to work on.

3. Make a list.

Think of things you don’t like about yourself and things you would change. Make a list of your strengths and your weaknesses. Then start taking baby steps towards getting rid of the weaknesses, and start taking baby steps towards bringing your strengths.

4. Think about what you want.

Break down what you want to do into small steps. Then think of the smallest thing you can do to start on your way to that “big” goal.

5. Try something new.

Your body, mind and spirit need a change of pace. Find something new that you’ve never done before.

6. Watch your thoughts.

A lot of times, you don’t realize you’re actually thinking yourself to the point where you are living in fear. Don’t let fear control you.

7. Think about the big picture.

What do you want the outcome of your life to be? Where do you want to be in five years? In ten? How will this push you towards your goals?

8. Follow your dreams.


Some people forget that they’re capable of achieving their dreams. If you’re one of those people, don’t forget that you can. Dreams are dreams for a reason.
They will help you reach your goals.

9. Do something you’ve always wanted to do.

If you don’t do what you really want to do, how can you expect to be happy?

10. Be grateful.

The more you’re grateful for life, the more you’ll be motivated to live.
